By creating an account, purchasing access, or using this site, you confirm that you are legally allowed to view adult-oriented creator content in your location and that all interaction must remain consensual, respectful, and lawful.

Accounts and Privacy

Membership Access
Monthly membership access may include the private feed, photos, videos, saved content, AI chat, and premium vault areas depending on the selected plan. Membership access is personal, non-transferable, and may not be shared, resold, copied, scraped, downloaded, or redistributed.
Screenshots, screen recordings, downloading, reposting, and saving protected content outside the platform are not allowed unless RelaxWithSno gives written permission.
Video Shows
Video shows are pay-per-show and do not require a monthly membership, but users must have an account and complete checkout before accessing the waiting room.
The paid timer begins when Sno joins the video room, not while the customer is waiting. If Sno needs to reschedule, the video show may be moved to another available time or handled according to the refund/reschedule policy.
Recording, screen recording, saving, broadcasting, streaming, or redistributing video calls is not allowed. The site may store booking history, order history, call status, scheduled time, duration purchased, reschedule status, and related account records, but calls are not intended to be recorded or saved by the platform.
Payments, Refunds, and Rescheduling
Membership payments and video show payments are processed through the site’s approved payment providers. Chargebacks, payment abuse, fraud, or attempts to bypass checkout will result in account suspension.
AI Chat
AI Chat is available inside the logged-in member account area for eligible members. It can help with site questions, memberships, video shows, account guidance, and general companionship-style conversation. AI responses may be imperfect and should not be treated as legal, medical, financial, or emergency advice.
AI Chat must not be used to request illegal, non-consensual, exploitative, or unsafe content. Access may be limited or removed if the chat is abused.
Platform Safety and Content Protection
RelaxWithSno uses protected pages, login checks, membership checks, no-cache rules and private routes to reduce content leakage. However, no website can guarantee complete prevention of unauthorized copying by users. Users agree not to copy, save, record, redistribute, or misuse protected content.
Changes to These Terms
RelaxWithSno may update policies, pricing, membership access, video show rules, safety rules, and platform features as needed. Continued use of the site after updates means you accept the current terms.
